Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
Ironpage (the website and the app) stores only what it needs to keep your training log. It has no ads, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing.
What we store
- Your name and email address, used to sign you in.
- Your password, stored only as a one-way hash. Nobody, including us, can read it.
- Your training data: sessions, exercises (including any you create), sets with weight, reps and RPE, templates, and any notes you write.
- While you're signed in to the app, a sign-in token so you stay logged in. The app also keeps a copy of your training data on your phone so it works offline.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses one cookie, to keep you signed in. It counts page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. There are no advertising or cross-site trackers.
Where it's kept
The website runs on Vercel and your data is stored in a Neon Postgres database. They process it only to run the service. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. Deleting it permanently removes your account and all of your training data straight away. Copies may remain in the database provider's short-term backups until those expire.
Your choices
- Delete your account and data at any time: see Delete your account.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, by emailing us.
Children
Ironpage is intended for adults (18 and over).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
